OBJECT:
• These General conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice, are intended to regulate the contracting of service through our virtual reservation center located at https://www.vulcanriders-galicia.com domain owned by SAN VICENTE TURÍSTICO SL

ACCOMODATION:
• The accommodation will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival booked. If available before the sipulated time keys can be collected at the reception. In any case, check-in can be done on arrival and from that moment on you will have access to the facilities.
• All collaborating accommodations will provide all the quality and hygiene in their accommodations and facilities, their experience and the best humane treatment. The booking platform was created to make it easier for each participant to find accommodation.
• This brokerage platform is not responsible for possible disagreements between accommodation and event participant.
• For security and privacy reasons, all visits must be recorded at the front desk accompanied by one of the authorized contract holders

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
• Once the purchase has been made, you will be sent an e-mail with a summary of the order: reference number, date, services contracted and the chosen partner's accommodation.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:.
1. Advance: % payment by virtual POS with credit/debit card
FOR WHICH YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKED.
2. Payment in advance before 30 April 2023: By bank transfer to the partner accommodation, once the account number has been sent to you.

CONDITIONS FOR MODIFICATION / CANCELATION OF THE RESERVATION:
• The reservation will be considered as confirmed once the client has paid the corresponding amount using the payment methods indicated on the website.
• When you make a reservation for accommodation, you accept the cancellation conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions of the accommodation that may affect your reservation or your stay.
• Please note that some rates or special offers do not allow for changes or cancellations.
• Please check the details of each accommodation to accept the conditions before making a booking.
• Please note that part of the payment may be withheld due to cancellation in accordance with Article 50 of Decree 191/2004 of 29 July of the Galician Government's Department of Culture, Social Communication and Tourism.
• The cancellation of the reservation will give the right to withhold, as compensation, the following percentage of the payments:
1. 40% when made more than 7 days and less than 30 days before the 15th of June 2023.
2. 100% when made less than 7 days before June 15, 2023.
• For the purposes of calculating the corresponding percentages of return, the date on which the cancellation was made will be applicable.
• A reservation will be understood to be cancelled if you do not show up on the day of arrival before 10:00 p.m. without notification of the delay.
• All modifications and / or cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be requested signed and in writing by the holder of this or an authorized person, sending an email to the Resort where you were staying

• The agency reserves the right to cancel a reservation within 48 hours, if it detects any anomaly or situation of overbooking. If the payment has been received, it will be returned in full as soon as possible.

OTHERS:
• The Management of the Agency is not responsible for the removal of objects that the client may suffer during their stay in our establishments.
• The client undertakes to read these conditions at the time of booking, being the payment of the deposit and the total price of the booked stay a sign of acceptance of them and of the internal regulations of the different establishments of our companies.

RESOLUTION OF CONFLICTS:
• For the resolution of conflicts, the parts are submitted with resignation to any other jurisdiction, to the courts of Vilagarcía de Arousa.

The client expressly declares that he has read and been aware of the booking conditions of his stay and of his cancellation in such a way that these are part of the booking agreement reached, which is ratified upon acceptance of them.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE CONTRATACIÓN
CAMPING PAISAXE II

OBJETO:
• Las presentes Condiciones Generales junto con la Política de Privacidad y el Aviso Legal, tienen como objeto regular la contratación de servicios a través de nuestra central de reservas virtual ubicada en https://www.vulcanriders- galicia.com dominio del que es titular SAN VICENTE TURÍSTICO, S.L.

ALOJAMIENTOS:
• El alojamiento estará a disposición del cliente a partir de las 16 h del día de entrada contratado. Si estuviese disponible antes de la hora estipulada, se le podrá hacer entrega de las llaves en la recepción. En cualquier caso, el check-in se podrá efectuar a la llegada del cliente y a partir de ese momento tendrá acceso a las instalaciones.
• Todos los alojamientos colaboradores aportarán toda la calidad e higiene en sus alojamientos e instalaciones, su experiencia y el mejor trato humano. La plataforma de reservas fue creada para facilitar la búsqueda de alojamientos a cada participante.
• Esta plataforma de intermediación no se hace responsable de posibles disconformidades entre alojamiento y participante en el evento.
• Por motivos de seguridad y privacidad, todas las visitas deben registrarse en la recepción acompañadas de una de las personas ocupantes del contrato que las autorice.

CONFIRMACIÓN DEL PEDIDO:
• Una vez realizada la compra se te enviará un correo electrónico con el resumen del pedido: Nº de referencia, fecha, servicios contratados y alojamiento colaborador escogido.

FORMAS DE PAGO:
1. Anticipo: % pago mediante TPV virtual con Tarjeta de crédito/débito.
POR EL CUAL TENDRÁS TU ALOJAMIENTO RESERVADO.

2. Pago por adelantado antes del 30 de abril del 2023: Mediante transferencia bancaria al alojamiento colaborador, una vez se te envíe el número de cuenta.

CONDICIONES DE MODIFICACIÓN / CANCELACIÓN DE LA RESERVA:
• La reserva se entenderá como confirmada una vez que el cliente haya abonado el importe correspondiente mediante los métodos de pago indicados en la web.
• Al realizar una reserva en un alojamiento, aceptas las condiciones de cancelación, así como otros términos y condiciones adicionales del alojamiento que puedan afectar a tu reserva o a tu estancia.
• Ten en cuenta que algunas tarifas u ofertas especiales no permiten cambios ni cancelaciones. Consulta las características de cada alojamiento para aceptar las condiciones antes de realizar la reserva.

• Ten en cuenta que se podrá retener parte del pago por cancelación conforme al Artículo 50º del Decreto 191/2004 del 29 de julio de la Consellería de Cultura, Comunicación Social y Turismo de la Xunta de Galicia.
• La anulación de la reserva dará derecho a retener, en concepto de indemnización el siguiente % de los pagos:
1. El 40% cuando se haga con más de 7 días y menos de 30 días de anticipación al 15 de junio del 2023.
2. El 100% cuando se haga con menos de 7 días de anticipación al 15 de junio del 2023.

• Para los efectos de cálculo de los porcentajes que le correspondan de devolución regirá la fecha en que ha realizado dicha cancelación.
• Una reserva se entenderá cancelada si no se presenta el día de llegada antes de las 22:00 horas sin que haya notificado del retraso.
• Todas las modificaciones y / o anulaciones de una reserva confirmada deben solicitarse firmadas y por escrito por parte del titular de esta o una persona autorizada, dirigiendo un correo electrónico al Resort en el que se hubiese alojado:

• La agencia se reserva el derecho de cancelar una reserva en un plazo máximo de 48 horas, si detecta alguna anomalía o situación de overbooking. En caso de haberse recibido el abono de la misma, se devolvería íntegramente a la mayor brevedad posible.

OTROS:
• La Dirección de la Agencia no se hace responsable de la sustracción de objetos que el cliente pueda eventualmente sufrir durante su estancia en nuestros establecimientos.
• El cliente adquiere el compromiso de leer estas condiciones en el momento de hacer la reserva, siendo el pago del anticipo y el total del precio de la estancia contratada una señal de aceptación de las mismas y de la normativa interna de los diferentes establecimientos de nuestras empresas.

RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS:
• Para la resolución de conflictos, las partes se someten con renuncia a cualquier otro fuero, a los juzgados y tribunales de Vilagarcía de Arousa.

El cliente manifiesta expresamente haber leído y conocido previamente las condiciones de reserva de su estancia y de su cancelación, de tal manera que éstas forman parte del acuerdo de contratación alcanzado, lo cual se ratifica con la aceptación de las mismas.
